Apart from today, this week hasn't been very productive. I was finding it really difficult to do anything without having my images, so I was just experimenting with different layouts that I found in magazines with images off the internet.
Today's photoshoot went really well, I now have my images for my front cover, contents page and one double page spread. Hopefully over the next week I will be able to get on really well with finishing off my contents page, and creating the other ones.
My aims for the next week are to finish my contents page, and make a good start on the double page spread and front cover.
In terms of following my schedule I have been unsuccessful, and it's highly unlikely that I will follow it anymore. I think I underestimated how competitive it was going to be to get a slot for the photography studio, and the fact that I had exams in the leadup to this week also meant that I had no frees to book the studio time in because of revision and the actual exams. In hindsight I should have checked when I would be free, and organised the photo shoot earlier. Therefore I wouldn't have wasted as much time just waiting to do the shoot.
